Training with All Blacks Coaches - great success.
A 2 hour session was held with Ian Douse - 'Dousie' - (All Blacks U19 Coach and manager for 8 seasons) and fellow All Black Coach Barry George - 'Baz' - Saturday 15th April. The Newfoundland players joined in and there was a great training session watched by U16 and U15 coaches. Everyone came away having learned from the session. Those of you who were unable to be there really missed out !

Matches Against Newfoundland
The combined U15/16 side were narrowly beaten by the Canadians in the final minute. Having been strongly ahead after taking the lead after the first 10 minutes a drop in concentration in the last 5 minutes of the game enabled the Candians to run in 2 tries leaving them the winners by 17 points to 15. Watch the local press this week for photos and brief reports.

Newfoundland U18s played our U17s who were supported by 2 of our U16s as subs and Bracknell came out clear winners by 33 points to 7. Both matches were watched by Dousie and Bas and their Saturday training session was based aorund what they had seen in the matches.
